Policies
Dress Code
Azura’s dress code is ˜Smart Casual”. Please refrain from wearing sliders, slippers, flip flops, tracksuits, hats, caps, hoodies, cargo trousers.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the dress code policy.
Customer Admittance (Age)
Whilst Children and young people are very welcome before 6pm, we do ask that they will have vacated by that time as we do not accommodate persons under 21 after 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Dining
We have a 20-minute grace period to hold the table for late arrivals. After which your reservation will be released and placed on our waitlist. A 2 hour time period is applied to all reservations.
Unfortunately, due to health and safety, we do not allow any cakes, balloons or other decorations in our restaurant.
Shisha
Due to high demand for shisha in our Garden area, Azura holds a strict policy of one shisha per three people during Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening.
Group Bookings
Azura holds a strict policy for groups of 6 or more people regarding service charges. This service charge is mandatory and Azura reserves the right for this to be charged.
Personal Belongings
We do not accept liability for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your visit in the cloakroom or anywhere else within the premises.
Cancellation/No Show
We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you may be subject to a fee of £20 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file 30 minutes after the booking time
