Dress Code
Azura’s dress code is ‘Smart Casual’. Please refrain from wearing sliders, slippers, flip flops, tracksuits, hats, caps, hoodies, cargo trousers.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the dress code policy.

Customer Admittance (Age)
Whilst Children and young people are very welcome before 6pm, we do ask that they will have vacated by that time as we do not accommodate persons under 21 after 6pm.

Dining
We have a 20-minute grace period to hold the table for late arrivals. Once seated your dining time period is 2 hours up to 4 guests. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we currently do not allow any cakes, balloons or other decorations in our restaurant.

Personal Belongings
We do not accept liability for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your visit in the cloakroom or anywhere else within the premises.

Cancellation/No Show:

Azura requires your card details to secure the reservation for all guests. No charge will be made however, please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to charge your card £20 per person for ‘no show’ charge.
